Alberta Farmland Values Trend - MD of Taber

Data analysis by our valuators has indicated that irrigated farmland property values in the MD of Taber, which is located approximately 50 km northeast of Lethbridge, Alberta increased approximately 15% in 2015. The values are largely driven by row crop farmers wherein irrigation has assisted with creating strong yield production.
