Alberta Farmland Values Trend - Mountain View County

Our farmland valuators have studied real estate transactions of quality cropland in Mountain View County, Alberta which is located approximately 40 km north of Calgary. The agricultural appraisal research found that property in the area appreciated 15% from mid 2013 to mid 2015. This equates to a monthly increase of just over 0.5%.
