The Valuation & Appraisal team at Serecon has researched the farmland value trend of cropland located in the Rural Municipality of Whiska Creek which is located approximately 50 km southeast of Swift Current. An analysis of the real estate transactions in that area have indicated that agricultural land values have appreciated approximately 7.5% from December, 2014 to June, 2015.
