Research and ongoing analysis of farmland value trends throughout Saskatchewan indicates that farmland values experienced steady appreciation in most parts of the province in 2015. The real estate market for agricultural properties indicates that Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, and Southeast Saskatchewan farmland saw gains of 7.5% to 10%. Farmland in West Central Saskatchewan experienced 5% appreciation in value while farmland in East Central Saskatchewan saw a modest 1% gain.
