Leduc County - Farm Appraisals

Since the beginning of 2015, Serecon has appraised and inspected over 40,000 acres in Leduc County alone. As part of these farm appraisals, we also analyzed and viewed over 85,000 additional acres of land transactions within that municipality part of which was to list properties for sale. The property types include cropland, ranchland, holding and country residential properties along with any given farmyard and associated farm improvements. Portions of these projects included analyses for urban fringe impacts, high-quality soil impacts and others. Serecon has researched and visited most, if not all, areas of Leduc County within the last few years and our six accredited appraisers are available to analyze any needs of current or new clients.
