Valuation analysis of agricultural real estate data in the west central region of Saskatchewan indicates that land values for good quality cropland has appreciated approximately 7% on average over the last six months. The analysis includes sales research in areas including, but not limited to, the general areas of Moose Jaw, Swift Current, Kindersley, Biggar, Outlook, and Davidson.
