Farmland values near Gleichen, Alberta have experienced strong demand over the last few years. The area is located in Wheatland County to the north of Siksika Nation and approximately 60 km east of Calgary. Our appraisal analysis in this area indicates that cropland has increased approximately 1.5% per month over the last couple of years.
