LANDVIEW has been available since 1997 and provides an easy-to-use mapping, record keeping, and precision farming tools. There are also decision support tools for managing crop production information and making site-specific farming decisions. LANDVIEW was developed specifically for land resource and agri-food business applications and is used extensively by farm managers and agri-business enterprises.		 Hélène Chiasson, Ph.D.
Ms. Hélène Chiasson is a biologist and entomologist with Groupe conseil UDA Inc.,who has a solid background in research, teaching and in project planning and management, acquired through 15 years experience in Canada and in North (Morocco and Egypt) and West Africa (Guinea, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Niger) in the course of various assignments in ecological agriculture and integrated pest management programs and the development of protocols for regulating them. She has been adjunct professor since 1990 and in 1995-96 was assistant professor at Macdonald College of McGill University where she obtained a Ph.D. degree in 1990.
