Bruce, a partner with Serecon, has over years of experience as a professional working in agriculture. He has completed numerous appraisals relating to expropriation and surface rights situations throughout Canada and provided expert testimony concerning rural real estate appraisal and agrology before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, Alberta Surface Rights Board and the Alberta Land Compensation Board. Mr. Simpson has carried out numerous land use studies on Native Land Claims. He has also worked on numerous feasibility studies, viability assessments, and land use studies relating to agriculture.
